Lockheed Martin is seeking a Cognitive Weapons and Effects (CWE) Portfolio TPM to shepherd CWE technologies from concept through transition, ensuring program discipline and alignment with LAIC Applied AI methods. You will lead integration of autonomy hardware and software, develop test plans, and manage engagements with partners to grow the CWE team and define future requirements.

Cognitive Weapons and Effects (CWE) Portfolio TPM will work with the CWE technical lead to manage the conception, development and transition of CWE portfolio technologies. The CWE TPM will ensure all CWE projects are executed with a high level of financial and schedule discipline in accordance with standard LAIC Applied AI program management techniques. The CWE TPM will lead proposal efforts for the team and be specifically responsible for the development of all cost volume contents. The CWE TPM will be responsible for generating and managing engagements with internal and external partners to grow the team and to curate future requirements that may be addressed by the CWE team. A technology roadmap will be developed and maintained to guide this technology strategy. The CWE TPM will guide the transition of CWE capabilities to operational programs including understanding the processes and time table that are required to achieve an operational capability. The transition of CWE technologies to PoRs will be the key metric for this role.
Responsible for autonomy hardware and software system integration and testing including verification and validation. Translates customer requirements into product and systems specifications while addressing technical, schedule, and cost considerations; Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards for autonomous systems; Determines sensing hardware components; Recommends and selects appropriate control systems; Integrates and optimizes the autonomous compute and sensing hardware and software; Solves hardware/software interface problems; Develops plan(s) to integrate autonomous functionality into product(s) and platform(s) and other system(s); Develops test plans for validation and verification and procedures for test and evaluation requirements in collaboration with designers and developers; Performs integration testing and coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities for autonomous programs; Documents and conducts analysis of test results and recommends fixes to software, hardware components, subsystems and systems; Interfaces with other teams involved the development lifecycle for perception.
