Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking an Accounting & Assurance Manager for a well-established public accounting firm in King County, WA. The role combines leadership of audits with client-facing tax and accounting guidance in a hybrid work setting, two days onsite each week.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years in public accounting, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements while mentoring staff and maintaining high professional

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong audit and assurance background.
• Working knowledge of federal and state taxation.
• Experience reviewing complex accounting and tax engagements.
• Leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and multiple priorities independently.
• Experience mentoring or supervising accounting professionals.
• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Real estate clients experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
