Job summary

Becker Public Schools seeks a dedicated high school basketball coach to develop and mentor the 9-12 program, collaborating with the 9A and head coaches to build a strong, competitive team.

Coaching duties include after-school practices (3:00–5:30pm), season planning, and student-athlete development while aligning with district goals and MSHSL guidelines.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the high school level is preferred.
• The 9th grade B basketball coach would work with the 9A coach and head coach to guide the development of our 9-12 school program.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of the 9-12 school program.
• Coach basketball practices after school, typically 3:00–5:30pm, and participate in game prep and team development.

Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Schedule (hours or FTE)

Daily practices would take place at the conclusion of our school day (2:55pm). Typical practice times are 3:00-5:30pm daily.

Salary: $1964.08
