Job summary

FinOps Weekly is seeking a Cloud FinOps Analyst to manage and optimize cloud and AI hosting spend across AWS, GCP, OpenAI, and Anthropic. The role sits between engineering, finance, and leadership to improve cost visibility, forecasting, and accountability as usage grows.

Hybrid work with a competitive USD salary and long-term contractor engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in cloud cost management or FinOps, strong SQL and analytics, and experience turning data into actionable

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in cloud cost management, FinOps, or business/data analysis.
• Strong FinOps principles and cloud cost management knowledge.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills.
• Experience building AI agents or AI-assisted tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Cloud FinOps Analyst will focus on managing and improving spend across cloud and AI hosting environments, including \*\*AWS, GCP, OpenAI, and Anthropic\*\*.The role sits between engineering, finance, and leadership.
