Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or MIS.
  • Seven (7) years experience in a software development role or developer subject matter expert role.
  • Three (3) years of Resource Management required.
  • Five (5) years in a senior or subject matter expert position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to software development teams, setting goals and defining roles.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

This is a technical role and requires the individual to understand data and software architecture, design, and testing principles, and be able to apply them to ensure the delivery of software products of the highest quality and standards.**Day in the Life*** Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the software development teams, including setting clear goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing a collaborative and motivating work environment.* Work with stakeholders to mentor the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
