Qualifications

Responsabilités

Job Summary:

A Brighter Future Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The Homecare CNA will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and health monitoring, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our clients. This position requires adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Personal Care:Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance:Help clients with mobility, including transfers from bed to wheelchair, walking, and range of motion exercises.
• Vital Signs Monitoring:Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Medication Reminders:Assist clients with medication reminders and follow care plans as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Meal Preparation:Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
• Light Housekeeping:Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Companionship:Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, client condition, and any changes observed.
• Communication:Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals regarding client care and needs.
• Safety:Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure the well-being of clients and yourself.

Qualifications:

• Certification:Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience:Prior experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred.
• CPR Certification:Current CPR certification required.
• Driver's License:Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Background Check:Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Work Environment:
