Job summary

AMR is seeking licensed Paramedics to deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency medical care. This 911 position works directly with the Fire Department and follows a 48/96 shift pattern. Starting compensation begins at $57,408 per year, with credit for experience.

You will operate on advanced medical equipment and lead scene management when required. Responsibilities include assessing calls, delivering care with protocols, and collaborating with allied health and public safety personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Colorado Paramedic License required.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• BLS/ACLS and NREMT-Paramed ic required.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action per Paramedic protocols.
• Provide advanced medical care using defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, and IVs.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain care.
• Lead the Paramedic team on scene and manage unit operations as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with medical and public safety personnel.
