The role offers hands-on training, a potential promotion to stylist after licensing, and exposure to cutting, styling, coloring, and waxing, with promotion contingent on performance and licensing progress.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license(s) to perform salon services within or before 90 days of hire-date
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with customers and staff
• Basic computer knowledge including POS systems and data entry
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Market and grow the business
• Observe other stylists and managers at work and ask relevant questions
• Provide exceptional customer service

• Answer telephones, stock and dust shelves, and sweep hair
