Westlake Financial is seeking a 90-Day Collector in Las Vegas, NV. This on-site role focuses on managing accounts more than 90 days past due, using skip-tracing and negotiation to bring balances current and recover collateral when needed.
It offers a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with monthly goals and strong compliance. Base pay is $20 per hour with a bonus potential up to $5,800 monthly based on performance, plus tiered retention bonuses at 3 and 6 months.

As a 90-Day Collector, you’ll manage accounts that are over three payments past due and play a key role in reducing delinquency for Westlake Financial. This position requires persistence, attention to detail, and strong skip-tracing and negotiation skills to help customers bring their accounts current and locate collateral when necessary.
