Westlake Financial is seeking a 60-Day Collector in Dallas, TX to help reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio. You’ll contact customers 31–60 days past due, negotiate payment plans, and coordinate with repossession partners as needed.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to compliance. A high school diploma and 2+ years in collections are preferred; on-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

The 60-Day Collector plays a key role in helping Westlake Financial reduce delinquencies and protect our portfolio. You’ll work with customers whose accounts are 31–60 days past due, using communication, problem-solving, and persistence to find workable solutions and prevent loan losses.
