Westlake Financial is seeking a 90-Day Collector in Dallas to manage accounts more than 90 days past due and reduce delinquency with persistence and negotiation. You will locate customers and collateral, arrange payment solutions, and work with repossession agents as needed.
The role requires 3+ years of backend subprime and auto collections experience, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of FDCPA. A fast-paced environment with overtime is common.
As a 90-Day Collector, you’ll manage accounts that are over three payments past due and play a key role in reducing delinquency for Westlake Financial. This position requires persistence, attention to detail, and strong skip-tracing and negotiation skills to help customers bring their accounts current and locate collateral when necessary.
