Qualifications

• One to two years related experience working with youth ages 16-24 preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a relevant leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff in training and support for all students during their first 90 days.
• Coordinates with Center departments to ensure student success the first 90 days.
• Develops and implements retention programs for students in the first 90 days.
• Develops a training plan to ensure staff have adequate training in key areas.
• Oversees Career Preparation staff and curriculum development.
