The position involves traveling up to 70% and requires local candidates from the West region offering a chance to impact teaching practices positively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Experience offering workshops/coaching to teachers.
• Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Implement classroom components and resources in the program.
• Coach teachers to apply the philosophy and pedagogy of the program.
• Observe classroom practices and provide feedback.
