Responsibilities

• Answer emergency 9-1-1 and non-emergency telephone calls and direct resources.
• Prioritize calls, track unit status and dispatch police, fire and EMS as needed.
• Work in a 24-7 environment with rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
