Kearsley Community Schools is seeking an 8th Grade Volleyball Head Coach at Armstrong Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year, starting November 2026. The coach will lead practices, develop players, and compete within the district's athletics program.

The position emphasizes building positive relationships with student-athletes and parents, maintaining equipment, and upholding high standards of sportsmanship and academic effort.

Qualifications

• Preference for applicants with applicable coaching experience.
• Must have minimum of three years experience dealing with teenagers.
• Teaching certificate preferred.
• Must demonstrate history of positive relationships with athletes and parents.
• Must be knowledgeable, organized, enthusiastic, and willing to invest time in the program.
• Must have the mental/physical stamina to perform responsibilities.
• Must complete Live Scan Criminal Records check.
