Job summary

Hamilton Southeast Intermediate & Junior High School in Fishers, IN seeks an Athletic Coach to organize practices, teach sport skills, and promote safe, positive experiences for student‑athletes.

You will supervise activities, enforce IHSAA rules, encourage academic success, and communicate with students, families, staff, and administration to uphold district standards. You will also help maintain equipment and records and model professional conduct.

Responsibilities

COACH

JOB GOAL:

The Athletic Coach is responsible for organizing, supervising, and instructing student‑athletes in the assigned sport while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development, and character. The coach supports the district’s educational mission by providing a safe and positive athletic experience for all participants.

Reports to:

Athletic Director, Principal or Assistant Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
