Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements for the subject and grade.
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area.
• ESL Certification required for K-5 positions; ESL for ELA/Math/Science/Social Studies/Special Ed (6-12).
• ESL Certification preferred for other content areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum.
• Plan instructional strategies and materials for diverse learners.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt curricula for IEPs.
