Young World Physical Education is seeking a Head Coach for the 8th Grade Boys Basketball team at Lakeview Middle School in Warsaw, Indiana. This role involves managing the basketball program, organizing practices, and ensuring effective communication with players and parents.

The ideal candidate should have prior coaching experience, preferably as a head coach, and an Indiana teaching license is desirable. This position is temporary and exempt, starting October 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Successful coaching experience in high school or college, preferably as a head coach.
• Indiana teaching license is preferred.
• Experience playing at high school or collegiate level in any sport.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the basketball program in line with Varsity.
• Organize practice and games, attending all scheduled contests.
• Communicate season rules to parents and athletes.
