Qualifications

• Experience as a head coach preferred.
• Knowledge of the IHSAA rules is essential.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the track program.
• Assist coaches and plan workouts.
• Evaluate all assistant coaches.

Skills

Successful coaching experience in high school or college
