# 853 - B Shift Inbound Team Leader## Dayton, NV Starting at $30## Job Description## Job SummaryThe Inbound Team Lead maintains in-depth knowledge of our products and operating procedures and stays in regular contact with the shift manager and peers in each department to meet daily goals. This position identifies operating issues and takes corrective action as needed, including receiving and providing clear directions and serving as a role model of our culture to communicate effectively with employees and drive engagement.We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.## ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties below to a high standard.
