We are looking for an English-fluent Cloud Architect, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embrace change, and maintain strong attention to detail. We seek someone proactive, eager to learn, and continuously improve their skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions.
2. Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with on-premises data center infrastructure.
3. Provide technical leadership in cloud architecture, strategy, and operations.
4. Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure cloud services meet business needs and compliance requirements.
5. Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and scalability.
6. Stay current with cloud technologies and best practices, providing guidance to other teams.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and data center operations.
3. Expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, including networking, storage, and compute services.
4. Experience with hybrid cloud models and cloud-to-data center integration.
5. Strong understanding of networking, security, and scalability.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation:

1. The salary range for this position is USD $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
2. This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
3. The talent will work remotely at our client's location.
