Onward Education is partnering with a school district in Middlesex County, Massachusetts to hire a Special Education Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year. This is an on-site role supporting a substantially separate classroom for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing highly specialized instruction and structured supports to help students thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally.

• Location: On-site
• Schedule: 35 hours/week
• School Year: 2026/2027
• Pay: $50-$55/ hour

Job Summary:

In this role, you’ll lead instruction in a specialized setting designed for students who require intensive, individualized support. Programming may include evidence-based strategies (such as structured teaching/ABA-informed approaches where appropriate), social-emotional and behavioral supports, sensory accommodations, and assistive/adaptive technologies.
