Onward Search Education is partnering with an exceptional school district in Worcester County, MA to find a passionate Special Education Teacher for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized instruction and foster an inclusive educational environment for high school students in both pull-out and inclusion settings. You\'ll collaborate with staff and families to support individualized education plans while maintaining accurate documentation and progress communication.

Location and Term

• Location: In-person (Worcester County, MA)
• Start Date: September 2025
• End Date: June 2026
• Guaranteed Hours: 32.5 hours/week
• Grade Levels: High School (Grades 9-12)

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and cultivate an inclusive educational environment for high school students in both pull-out and inclusion settings.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support individualized education plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Special Education, Primary/Secondary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Professional teaching license with a Special Education endorsement from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).
