Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Facilities Analyst I for a prominent client on-site in Ogden, Utah. This 12-month contract role focuses on supporting facility operations through record keeping, documentation management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities include maintaining hazardous material records, coordinating services, data collection and analysis, and assisting with process improvements. A High School Diploma and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are required; frequent on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills in facilities, maintenance, operations, logistics settings are required.
• Experience maintaining documentation, records, logs, or compliance-related information is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
• Experience using basic hand tools, including drills, wires, and common mechanical tools, is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently is required.
• Experience with hazardous materials, hazardous waste record keeping, or environmental compliance documentation is preferred.
• Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance is preferred.

The Fountain Groupis a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Facilities Analyst I for a prominent client of ours. This position is on-site atOgden, UT 84401.

Job Details:

• Pay: $31.11-$39.00/hour to Start!!
• 12-month contract assignment, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
• Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (100% Onsite).
• Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance after start. Active Secret Clearance is a plus.
• Travel: 10% or less domestic travel.
• Position will be mainly responsible for supporting facility operations through record keeping, documentation management, and coordination of facility-related activities.
• Position will be responsible for maintaining hazardous material and hazardous waste records while ensuring compliance with site procedures and requirements.
• Position will be responsible for supporting site vehicle record management, tracking, and documentation activities.
• Position will be responsible for coordinating facility services, materials, equipment, and vendor activities to support operational needs.
• Position will be responsible for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and maintaining data related to facilities operations, assets, and maintenance activities.
