Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Facilities Analyst - I to support facility operations, records management, hazardous materials tracking, site vehicle recordkeeping, and related activities. The role emphasizes organization, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and basic mechanical aptitude using hand tools.

The position requires 3+ years of related experience, strong documentation practices, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Domestic travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using basic hand tools (drills, wiring tools, etc.).
• Ability to manage inventory and records accurately.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records related to hazardous materials, waste management, and site vehicles.
• Escort personnel and support facility operations activities.
• Coordinate materials, services, and facility maintenance activities.
• Track and document inventory, assets, and operational records.
• Support contract compliance and supplier interactions.
• Receive and process facility service requests.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data.
• Assist with process improvement and documentation efforts.
• Support facilities projects and ensure configuration control of records and documents.
• Use basic hand tools and assist with facility-related tasks as needed.
