Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at high school or junior high is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of girls soccer fundamentals, strategies and rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with student‑athletes, parents, and staff.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained prior to the start of the season.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with school district policies.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends for practices and games during the season.

Pay based on REA 2023-2025 Master Agreement
