• Read and fall in love with the unit texts.
• Write grade-level exemplars of writing tasks, diagnose writing, and provide batch feedback.
• Be a scholar of the Common Core Standards.
• Be a scholar of the Science of Reading.
• Champion the Accelerated Reading Goal.
• Support the Reading Academy program.
