Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (Massachusetts 7D requirement).
• Massachusetts Driver’s License for at least 3 years.
• Massachusetts 7D Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).
• Clean driving record as required by the RMV.
• CORI background check, RMV driving record review, and drug screening (if required).
• Ability to pass required physical and medical certifications.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional judgment.
• Experience working with children or special-needs populations is a plus.
• CPR + First Aid is a plus.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns promptly
• Follow assigned routes and schedules with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful vehicle environment
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and management regarding delays, incidents, or concerns
• Support students with patience, awareness, and appropriate boundaries
• Comply with all company policies, including vehicle camera and safety procedures.
