ADMA Transportation LLC, located in Quincy, MA, has been a trusted provider of private transportation services for the past six years. We specialize in non-yellow bus services and serve various school districts throughout Massachusetts, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for students. Our dedicated administration team supports our operations and fosters the development of our small-sized company, which has a committed workforce of 10-15 employees. We are driven by our mission to ensure no child is left behind.

Role Description

This is a part-time role for a 7D Driver, located in Greater Boston. The 7D Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school districts within the Massachusetts area. Day-to-day tasks include operating non-yellow buses, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, maintaining communication with the administration team, and providing excellent customer service to passengers and school district personnel.

What We Offer:

· 30 hours per week

· $23/hour with school year assignment, training rate of $20/hr

· Split Shifts- 5:30 AM -9:30 AM & 1:00 PM -5:00 PM (example only, exact hours depend on assigned route)

· No commute! The van goes home with you! (if you have secure parking)

· Paid classroom and on-the-job training to obtain your 7D certificate from the Registry of Motor Vehicle

Qualifications

• School Passenger Driving experience and possessing a Massachusetts 7D License or CDL with School Bus Passenger Endorsement
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in operating a truck or van
• Excellent driving record and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Knowledge of the Greater Boston area is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
