Job summary

X-FIVE TRANSPORTATION is seeking responsible drivers to transport school-aged children across Massachusetts. You will operate sedans, mini-vans and wheelchair vans, ensuring child safety and comfort throughout rides.

The role requires clean driving history, ability to obtain a 7D pupil transport license ( assistance provided ), and the flexibility of a road-based schedule. Compensation is hourly with part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• A School pupil transport license (7D Certificate) preferred; Easy to get and we will help you get it.
• Age 21+ and have had a driver's license for 3+ consecutive years.
• Satisfactory Driving Record (no suspension).
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI.
• No commute as the van goes home with you!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motor vehicle in accordance with all state and federal traffic laws, while driving school-aged children.
• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, mini-vans and wheelchair vans.
• Safely assist students as needed. This includes helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle's lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, school and company staffs.
