Job summary

X-FIVE TRANSPORTATION is hiring to safely transport school‑aged children in Brockton, MA. You will drive a range of vehicles—sedans, minivans, and wheelchair vans—while helping students enter and exit and securing their seats.

You will also communicate with families and school staff to ensure safe, reliable service. The role requires a valid pupil transport license (7d preferred) or ability to obtain it with our assistance.

Qualifications

• License preferred (7d) with assistance to obtain it.
• Age 21+ and have held a driver’s license for 3+ consecutive years.
• Satisfactory driving record (no suspension).
• Ability to pass a background check (CORI & SORI).

• Safely operate a motor vehicle for transporting school‑aged children in compliance with traffic laws.
• Safely operate vehicles including sedans, minivans and wheelchair vans.
• Assist students in entering/exiting and securing seats with lap/shoulder belts.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, school and company staff.

Job description

Safely operate a motor vehicle, in accordance with all state and federal traffic laws, while driving school-aged children.
Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including sedans, mini-vans and wheelchair vans.
Safely assist students as needed. This includes helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle's lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, school and company staffs.

REQUIREMENTS

• A School pupil transport license (7d Certificate) preferred. Easy to get and we will help you get it.
• Age 21+ & have had a driver's license for 3+ consecutive years.
• Satisfactory Driving Record (no suspension).
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
