American Welding & Gas - CDL Delivery Driver

Location: Grandview, MO

Responsibilities

1. Deliver cylinders and/or bulk products to customers and branches using tractor-trailer trucks
2. Perform inventory control functions
3. Load and unload trucks
4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
5. Ensure vehicles are properly placarded and labeled
6. Comply with CGMP, Hazmat, OSHA, DOT, and other regulations
7. Complete and accurately prepare paperwork
8. Maintain vehicle cleanliness
9. Maintain electronic trip logs
10. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
11. Achieve delivery objectives set by management
12. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education

• CDL Class A or B license with Hazmat endorsements
• Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screen, physical, and road test
• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record with 3+ years of experience
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers
• Excellent customer service skills
