Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation (Baldwin Filters) is seeking a production operator to operate, set up and adjust production equipment and assist in tool room and maintenance with debugging of equipment.

You will monitor equipment, inspect parts for conformance, and complete required paperwork while meeting established production standards and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operation, setup and adjustment of production equipment as required.
• Monitors equipment, notifying supervision or setups in case of machine or tooling malfunctions that cannot be corrected.
• Inspects parts to assure conformance to specifications.
• Services equipment as required (e.g. adds grease, lubricant, and coolant when necessary).
• Approves inspection reports.
• Responsible for meeting established production standards.
• Completes paperwork as required, including production, productivity, inspection, downtime and SPC charts.
• Trains employees new to the position or area as required.
• Keeps area clean, orderly, and free of obstruction.
• Observes safety rules at all times and immediately reports unsafe conditions to department supervision.
• Is responsible for quality and safety of own work and compliance of all company procedures and policies.

Competitive Compensation:

• Hourly pay range for this role is $21.74-$25.57
• Participation in Annual Incentive Program
