DeRoyal Industries, Inc. is hiring for 1st shift to load, unload, and move materials in a warehouse setting. The role involves operating forklifts, packaging finished goods, labeling, and staging materials for production and shipment. The position follows a 12-hour day shift from 5 a.m.

Load, unload, and move materials within or near plant, yard, or work site by performing the following duties. Responsible for the shrink-wrap, pick & play, labelers, case sealers, and stacking & wrapping of good product.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with 2 to 4 months to one-year related experience and/or training; or 6 months to one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Previous forklift experience preferred.
