Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using press machines and other machining.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret OMS and job instructions.
• Move materials between stations and prep equipment.
• Operate presses to punch and form parts per specs.
• Perform die changes and select materials.
• Troubleshoot setup issues or seek support.
• Adjust dies, bolts, pins, lubricate equipment.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Report shortages and perform rework as needed.
• Ensure quality per OMS/specs; first/last part checks.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
