Job summary

Chester Upland School District is seeking a Middle School Mathematics teacher to join our team at Toby Farms Intermediate School. The role focuses on delivering rigorous mathematics instruction, aligning lessons to PA standards, and supporting students toward graduation-ready outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management, data-driven instruction, and collaborative engagement with staff, families, and the community, while upholding the district core values and equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Appropriate Standard Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate for the given subject area or enrollment in PA certification program.
• Preferred experience in an urban school setting.
• PA Criminal clearances.
• PA Child Abuse clearances.
