About Your Role – Classroom Teacher (Math Focus):
This is a hands-on, full-time teaching position where you’ll lead a student-centered classroom, plan dynamic learning experiences, and adapt instruction to meet diverse needs. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure each student thrives. From experiential learning to data-driven instruction, you’ll play a key role in shaping confident, curious learners.
Compensation:$58,003 - $79,685 -Bromley recognizes up to 11 years of relevant experience.

What You’ll Do:
Learning Environment
  • Builds a positive classroom community and culture containing structures to support student-centered collaborative learning, high expectations, and accountability.
  • Upholds school policies to create a safe and welcoming learning environment for all students.
Instruction & Student Development
  • Plans for and delivers instruction aligned to the Colorado State Standards, educational best practices and school expectations.
  • Establishes clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicates those objectives to students.
  • Monitors student progress toward lesson objectives and provides support to move students toward or beyond objectives.
  • Adapts teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
  • Plans and supervises class projects, field trips, visits by guest speakers, or other experiential activities, and guides students in learning from those activities.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Communicates in a proactive and positive manner with all stakeholders.
  • Confers with parents or guardians, other teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral and academic needs.
  • Fully participates in building-directed professional learning, committees, and staff meetings, collaborates with colleagues, and seeks continuous improvement.
Assist with other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • A degree in mathematics or a degree in Elementary Education with a Secondary Mathematics endorsement preferred.
  • Successful completion of a teacher education/preparation program or commitment to enrollment in an alternative licensure program upon hire is required.
  • Valid in field teaching license issued by the Colorado Department of Education or a current out of state license that is transferable to the State of Colorado required upon hire. Elementary K-6 and/or Mathematics – Secondary (6-12) endorsement required.
Experience:
  • Student teaching at the elementary, middle, or secondary level for at least one semester.
