A Nanny Match in Columbus Circle, Manhattan is hiring a dedicated nanny to care for an approximately 1-year-old. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with a base hourly rate of $37–$40 gross per hour and overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours, with a guaranteed 50 hours per week.

The ideal candidate is passionate, patient, and communicative, with strong references, full vaccination, and CPR/First Aid certification. A friendly dog is part of the household, and occasional later evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of nanny experience.
• Extensive experience with 1–2 year olds.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Planning and facilitating age-appropriate, enriching, and engaging activities
• Taking the child on walks, to classes, play dates, and reading to the child
• Preparing age-appropriate meals for the child, including accommodating food allergies
• Diaper changes and supporting overall healthy hygiene
• Maintaining the child’s sleeping and eating schedules
• Managing the child’s laundry and keeping the nursery and main living areas tidy
• Helping the child reach age-appropriate milestones

Compensation:

Base hourly rate of $37-40/hr (gross). Overtime (1.5x the base rate) after 40 hours worked per week. Guaranteed 50 hours per week
