Job summary

Helpr is seeking a Full-Time Nanny in New York City for an infant. Start Monday, November 16, with Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM, occasional until 6PM, totaling about 45–50 hours per week. The position is in the East Village, with a small family dog in the home.

Start date is soon and the nanny will provide focused infant care and gentle companionship. Responsibilities include diaper changes, feeding (bottle and solids), meal prep for the child, light baby housekeeping and stroller walks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant care experience.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two childcare-related references

We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Nanny in New York City, NY 10009

A lovely family in the East Village is seeking a full-time nanny for their 4-month-old to start Monday, November 16th. Care is needed long-term Monday through Friday from 8AM-5PM, with occasional days extending as late as 6PM. There is a medium sized friendly dog in the home. No pet care is required aside from taking the dog on 1-2 walks per day with the baby in the stroller. Mom and dad will occasionally work from home. The family lives on the 6th floor, so they’re looking for a candidate who is comfortable climbing stairs every day. A great candidate will be reliable and experienced with infants.

• Start date: Monday, November 16th
• Length of Position: Long-term
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (occasionally as late as 6PM)
• Compensation: $27-$30 per hour + overtime pay (for more than 40 hours per week)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant care experience

• Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
• Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
• Comfortable with friendly dogs
• Must have a valid driver's license or passport for ID verification purposes

Compensation + Benefits

This position pays $27-$30 per hour, and the family is looking for 45-50 hours of care per week.
