Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, including strong infant-care experience.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to get it renewed).
• Fully vaccinated, including Tdap, flu, and MMR.
• Excellent professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care focusing on the baby's safety and wellbeing.
• Prepare and feed bottles, wash and sterilize feeding equipment.
• Diaper changes and daily infant-care routines.
• Maintain feeding and nap schedules in collaboration with the parents.
• Support developmental milestones through tummy time, reading, conversation, and age-appropriate play.
• Take the baby on walks and outings; arrange age-appropriate playdates as he grows.
• Manage the baby's laundry and keep care areas neat and organized.
• Provide regular updates and promptly communicate questions or concerns.

Position Overview

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm. Occasional flexibility is appreciated.

The nanny will manage the baby's daily care, support his development, and maintain consistent routines. The ideal candidate will confidently anticipate his needs, take initiative, and keep the parents informed throughout the day while remaining receptive to their guidance and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $35 - 40/hr depending on experience and qualifications
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours per week

Requirements
