Qualifications

• Prior experience managing janitorial or facilities maintenance projects.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse teams and clients.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies management, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and staff.

• Communicate with clients in Spanish and English to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Train team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and proper equipment handling.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, supplies used, and employee hours for reporting purposes.
