Job summary

Fabric is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist for a six-month contract to clear enrollment backlogs and streamline payer workflows. You will own end-to-end credentialing with Managed Care Organizations and state Medicaid programs, manage CAQH profiles, NPI data, and TIN attachments, and serve as the primary contact for health plan representatives to keep networks active.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in healthcare provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or managed care onboarding.
• Proficiency with payer enrollment portals such as Availity and PECOS.
• Knowledge of state Medicaid systems and regulatory timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute initial enrollment applications and re-credentialing packets with commercial and government payers.
• Maintain and attest CAQH profiles, NPI data, and TIN attachments to prevent coverage lapses.
• Track pending enrollment applications with MCOs and health plans to expedite processing and determine effective dates.
• Ensure provider enrollment files meet MCO standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NCQA, URAC).
• Serve as primary operational contact for health plan enrollment representatives.
