Job summary

Braun Intertec in Mankato, MN is seeking students pursuing degrees in engineering, construction management, or related fields to join our six-month Co-op program. You will perform on-site materials testing (soils, concrete, masonry, asphalt) and work with project managers and technicians to ensure specifications are followed.

The ideal candidate is comfortable outdoors, able to lift 75+ pounds, and willing to complete a 3-day training covering safety, soil classification, ACI certification,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform field testing and outdoor labor.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work outside in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt.
• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure specs are followed.
• Assist in testing on construction materials for various projects.
• Gain exposure to industry standards and certifications.
