Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs.
• Track, monitor, and analyze client data to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement.
• Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster an inclusive environment.

• Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards.
• Track, monitor, and analyze client data to make informed adjustments and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement and ensure effective application of ABA strategies in the home environment.
• Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster a positive, inclusive environment centered on belonging.
