Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking qualified BCBAs in Omaha, Nebraska, dedicated to empowering children with autism. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $96,000–$119,000, alongside exceptional benefits including $1,500 for CEU reimbursements and 4 weeks of PTO.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze client data.
  • Partner with caregivers for effective application of ABA strategies.

Building Better Outcomes Together:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for all clients on your caseload.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and supporting staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s clinical quality standards.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze client data to make informed adjustments and optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Partner with caregivers to strengthen engagement and ensure effective application of ABA strategies in the home environment.
  • Work collaboratively with Bloomwell teammates to foster a positive, inclusive environment centered on belonging.
Qualifications:
