Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer to lead the development and modernization of our web tools portfolio for internal teams and customers.

You will drive AI and automation initiatives, implement security standards, and collaborate with vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across our telecom platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, Web Development or related field.
• 6-8+ years of experience in Web Content Management, Web Development, or Information Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions.
• Experience with cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.

We are seeking a Senior Web-Based Tools Management Engineer to join our Wireless Networks team. In this role, you will lead the development, management, and modernization of customer-facing and internal web-based tools. You will drive innovation through automation, AI integration, and process improvements while supporting critical platforms used by both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support web-based tools such as TIMS (Technical Information Management System), SFTP solutions, Confluence portals, and customer engagement platforms
• Define and execute the strategy for short-term and long-term web tools development initiatives
• Serve as the subject matter expert for web-based information and content management tools
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to enhance customer-facing applications and operational efficiency
• Oversee platform security, standards, infrastructure, compliance, and governance
• Develop automation scripts and tooling solutions to streamline operations and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 6-8+ years of experience in Web Content Management, Web Development, or Information Management
• Experience leading web application and customer engagement tool implementations
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions
• Understanding of web application security principles and best practices
• Experience with infrastructure design, datacenter architecture, cloud technologies, and automation
• Experience developing cloud governance frameworks and operational standards
• Knowledge of telecommunications technologies and processes
