Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of community association or property management experience.
• Experience managing an active adult or condominium community preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• CMCA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the community's day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and the Board.
• Attend and assist with Board and community meetings.
• Prepare management reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Obtain proposals and monitor vendor performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance concerns.
• Assist with budget preparation, financial review, and invoice approval.
• Enforce the Association's governing documents, rules, and regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns.
• Oversee clubhouse, recreational facilities, and community activities as applicable.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with the Board and residents.
