Taylor Management Company seeks an experienced Property Manager for an active adult condominium community in Manalapan, New Jersey. The role oversees daily operations, serves as the primary liaison between residents, the Board, vendors, and management, and ensures efficient property maintenance.

The position offers a salary of $90,000 and requires strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills, with CMCA preferred. Experience with 55+ communities is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of community association or property management experience.
• Experience managing an active adult or condominium community preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• CMCA certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the community's day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and the Board.
• Attend and assist with Board and community meetings.
• Prepare management reports, meeting materials, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Obtain proposals and monitor vendor performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance concerns.
• Assist with budget preparation, financial review, and invoice approval.
• Enforce the Association's governing documents, rules, and regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns.
• Oversee clubhouse, recreational facilities, and community activities as applicable.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with the Board and residents.
