Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience.
• 1 year of experience with each of the listed skills.

Responsibilities

• Design 54V DC power circuitry for data center AI/ML servers, including hot-swap controllers and 54V DC/DC regulators.
• Analyze datasheets and coordinate layout of 16+ layer PCBs with HDI and fine-pitch BGAs.
• Forecast design time to meet constrained schedules and drive trade-offs across manufacturing, testing, thermal, reliability.
• Prototype bring-up, debugging, verification, and electrical characterization.
• Use lab tools (25 GHz oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and BERT scopes) to assess robustness.
• Review factory test fixtures and ensure manufacturing test coverage for proper assembly.
• Provide root-cause feedback for design/manufacturing improvements for high-volume production.
• Communicate status on top issues and deadlines.
