Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas is seeking a Mid-level Electrical Engineer to lead electrical projects in our data center facilities and enhance reliability of infrastructure.

This remote role includes a monthly stipend for remote work, a base salary of 94,700–150,000 USD, and an annual bonus; we offer comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Your role at a glance

As a Mid-level Electrical Engineer at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, you will take on a more prominent role in the Technical Operations team, contributing to the optimization and reliability of our electrical infrastructure in data center facilities. Building on your experience, you will lead electrical engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical upgrades and modifications. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth operations. In this mid-level position, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level electrical engineers and contribute to the implementation of innovative electrical strategies.

What we are looking for

Compensation Pay Range

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is:

94,700 - 150,000

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
