NTT Global Data Centers is hiring a Data Center Technician. The role focuses on maintaining electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems to ensure regulatory compliance and high uptime.

It includes responsibilities for coordinating with contractors, addressing issues quickly, and supporting customers in a cost-effective manner. The position is onsite at a data center facility with a monthly device stipend.

Qualifications

• This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device.
• A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
• Hourly base salary for this position is $33.00 - $61.25 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal Wage and Hour requirements.
• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
• Employees receive paid time-off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and supplemental insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, and 401k retirement plan to create a rich Total Rewards package.

The Data Center Technician provides a working level of data center knowledge and is responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $33.00 - $61.25 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.

Compensation Pay Range

For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.
